Flooring and countertops built for Yakima businesses

Commercial flooring in Yakima, Washington

Floors that handle heavy traffic, look professional and go in with as little disruption as possible. Installed by our own crew, nights, weekends and early mornings.

Chapter 01

Built for heavy commercial traffic

The right commercial floor comes down to traffic, moisture and how the space gets cleaned. We install glue-down luxury vinyl plank, commercial carpet tile, sheet vinyl, VCT and engineered hardwood for churches, movie theaters, Job Corps, schools, offices and rental properties across the Yakima Valley.

Luxury vinyl plank and commercial carpet stand up to constant foot traffic in offices, schools, churches and retail. Sheet vinyl and VCT handle clinics and corridors that get mopped every day. Engineered hardwood suits spaces that want a warmer, natural look.

One of our most requested options is Engineered Floors Uplink commercial carpet in Charcoal, finished with matching Roppe 4-inch wall base for a clean, professional edge.

Installed around your business hours

We work around your schedule, including nights, weekends and early mornings, to keep disruption down. Your doors stay open and your team keeps working while we get the floors done.

Glenn Gutierrez runs the commercial side and will walk your building with you. Most installations take about two weeks to a month, and your proposal spells out the timeline. We handle commercial projects in Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, Sunnyside, Grandview, Toppenish and Ellensburg.

Chapter 03

One in-house team, from floors to countertops

Because all of our installers are in-house, we manage every step ourselves, from the first measurement and material selection to pricing, scheduling, installation and the final walkthrough.

The same goes for stone. We fabricate granite and quartz in our own shop, so a building that needs new floors and new countertops runs on one schedule with one company answering for it all. Breakroom counters, reception and transaction tops and restroom vanities are the three that take the most abuse in a commercial building, and they are where laminate fails first.
