Pet-Proof Carpet for Yakima Homes: Why Mohawk Pet Premier Is the Smart Choice for Pet Owners

If you share your home with dogs, cats or both, you already know what carpet goes through. Muddy paws from the backyard, the occasional accident, fur ground into the pile, and a general sense that no matter how clean you keep things, your carpet is fighting a losing battle.

Mohawk Pet Premier carpet is now available and on display at All American Discount Flooring & Countertops in Yakima.

What is Mohawk Pet Premier?

Mohawk Pet Premier is a premium carpet line engineered from the ground up for pet households. It is not just a stain-resistant carpet. It is a complete system built around the reality of living with animals. Here is what makes it different:

• Inherent stain resistance. The fiber itself resists stains, so the protection is not a coating that wears off over time. It is built into the material at the manufacturing level.
• Luxuriously soft. Pet-friendly does not mean sacrificing comfort. Pet Premier is designed to be soft underfoot for both you and your pets.
• Made with recycled PET fiber. It is high-quality fiber made from recycled bottles, a sustainable choice that performs at a premier level.
• All Pet Protection and warranty. Mohawk backs Pet Premier with its All Pet Protection warranty, covering pet stains for the life of the carpet.

The pad matters too: Mohawk SmartCushion with PureFense

A great carpet is only as good as what is underneath it. That is why Pet Premier is paired with Mohawk SmartCushion with PureFense moisture barrier. Here is why that matters for pet owners in Yakima:

• Moisture barrier protection. PureFense is designed to stop pet accidents from soaking through the carpet and reaching your subfloor, where odors become nearly impossible to eliminate.
• Odor resistance. The barrier helps fight odors at the source, not just mask them.
• Ultimate comfort. SmartCushion features premium memory foam construction, so your floors feel as good as they look.

When you combine Pet Premier carpet with SmartCushion pad, you are not just buying carpet. You are investing in a flooring system designed to handle whatever your pets throw at it.
